This week was yet another mixed bag of results.

Goals Review for March 15th-21st 2010

  • Starting Weight = 230.8. End Weight = 227
  • 50 push-ups each morning and night. 100 sit ups at night.
  • 2.5 mile (minimum) run on 4 days this week
  • Finish two computers for media centers (Boxee)
  • Take pictures of spare technology equipment for sale, then post to CraigsList
  • Inventory the full machines for sale, and take pictures, and then post to CraigsList
  • Melody is taking a few days off work, and should be able to apply for the new balance transfer cards during the day.

We applied and were accepted for a balance transfer card, but it was way too high of a rate for us to accept. So we’re back on the track of researching another to see if we can find a better rate…again. ughh. Surprisingly enough, even though I didn’t run this week, i managed to lose 4 pounds. I didn’t eat all that well either, which makes the weight loss surprising. I ended the week at 226.8 pounds, making it a 4 pound loss. I really need to get back into the swing of doing the pushups and situps this week….that’s really just a habit thing…once i stopped a couple of weeks ago, i havent started back. That seems to be my problem…getting out of the habit on good habits.

I did finish 4 machines ready for sale, and found that i probably don’t have a machine good enough to run as a media center. I think i’m going to look at the capabilities of the new Tivo boxes to see if they can stream from a home network. If so, then i’ll upgrade those and kill two birds with one stone.

So…with that said…here’s the updated goals list for this week
