Goals Update and new goals for March 29th-April 4th, 2010
Goals Review for March 22nd-28th 2010
- Starting Weight = 226.8. End Weight = 223
- 50 push-ups each morning and night. 100 sit ups at night.
- 2.5 mile (minimum) run on 4 days this week
- Inventory the rest of the full machines for sale, and take pictures, and then post to CraigsList
- Research new balance transfer cards (BB&T, Bank of America), and apply for one or two
This week was characterized by my lack of ability to work out. With my ankle injury, it kind of put the brakes on my exercise and weight loss for the week. However, my end weight was exactly what my starting weight was…so i guess i have that going for me. I was able to inventory the rest of the machines, which is awesome, and i’ve sent out an email to a person i think might be able to purchase a lot of it from me. Hopefully by next week i will have offloaded a lot of this stuff.
THe bad news on the balance transfer card, is that it looks like we’re out of options. Well…we have one left. BB&T, where Melody has an account might have a card we qualify for. Melody is going to check on that this week. And if we can get it, and the rates are good, that will be a huge burden off our shoulders. Hopefully by this time next week we’ll have an answer on that issue.
So…for this upcoming week, the goals change a little bit, but nothing major.
Goals for March 28th – April 4th 2010
- Starting Weight = 226.8. End Weight = 225
- 50 push-ups each morning and night. 100 sit ups at night.
- Buy a ankle brace and/or tape for my ankle
- Look at golf-clubs for Melody & purchase if can afford it
- Get response from buyers for tech equipment, sell some, post the rest to craiglist
- Melody will apply for BB&T Balance Transfer card
Monthly goals will have to wait until next week, when April starts. My main hope is that my ankle heals, and i can get back to playing and running. Fingers crossed.
