Champions League Winner, and reaching the end of the Internet
Today was the Champions League Final, between Inter Milan and Bayern Munich. I didn’t really have anything emotionally invested in either team, but i guess if i’m being honest, i wanted Inter to win.
And they did…2-0. Two goals from Diego Milito were taken with clinical precision…something that was sorely lacking from Bayern.
I look forward to this match every year, but this year i guess i was not as “into” it as usual. Probably because there wasn’t 0ne of “my” teams in the final. I would have been more involved if there was a team i hated in there too….Chelski (Chelsea FC), Manchester Utd to name the main two….

Tonight, while waiting for the call from Melody to pick her up from a Michael Franti concert, i was browsing the Internet…as usual…..and before long i found myself repeatedly refreshing http://reddit.com to see if there were new things posted. I browsed the subreddits (http://www.reddit.com/r/[insert-whatever-here]…..which usually turns up some good things……like /r/wtf or /r/geek In http://reddit.com/r/video i found this gem:
Pretty awesome…..mainly because its funny with some truth in there too.
After that…i found some TED talks to catch up on…nothing ground-breaking…but entertaining nonetheless.

Before long…i realized i had reached the end of the Internets…..therefore i had to take a break so it could load some new content. Soon…Melody called, giving me a 30 minute drive to let more internets load. That helped….as now while i’m blogging, i can look forward to more captioned cats, funny videos….and inspirational talks.

One last thing….just because i had to enlighten Melody today…..
When you’re browsing the internet…if you stumble across something labeled “NSFW” … that stands for “Not Safe For Work.” It usually means nudity, or graphic imagery…but sometimes it can be text as well (pornographic jokes etc). Either way…if you’re at work….don’t click on NSFW.
